WHITE CHRISTMAS?

We are enjoying bright sunshine in southern Idaho, but Peter and his kids woke up to two inches of snow!
Karis, Liam and Waylon took advantage of the snow surprise and built a snowman in the backyard.

"Merry Christmas" from Benjamin.  He is four-years-old now!

MORNINGSIDE FIRST AND THIRD GRADE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

Kaya and Ava entertain us well at the Christmas program at Roper Auditorium.
Ava sang many songs with the other first graders.  Her favorite was "Santa's Too Fat for the Chimney".
Kaya and the other third graders did the play "Home For The Holidays".  Kaya was a stewardess for Mustang Airlines in the production.  Good job kids!

SANTA IS NOT THE ONLY ONE COMING TO TOWN!

Not only is Santa coming to town...but Chobani yogurt is breaking ground on their new processing facility in Twin Falls today!  The whole community is excited about these plans.  With our area's economy still limping along, this new company's plans to locate here is seen as very good news!
Harry and I were not able to make it to the official ground-breaking, but at twilight, when we headed to town for some holiday shopping, we saw that  the job site was still humming with activity.  We both think that this side of Twin Falls will look much different in a few years.
