sommelier and Rachel, our waitress, who did a wonderful job serving us. Thanks to Michael, the head chef for a wonderfully prepared meal and for sharing his beautiful voice on "O Holy Night." Thanks to all of our friends (Schilders, Petters, Bergsmas, Werners, Dekruyfs, and Vissers) who made it such a "gezelig" evening. Thanks to Dan Willie for donating the dining experience to the Valley House auction.
